Paragon Commercial Properties; Because Construction Matters

A Paragon Building is more than a compilation of steel and concrete, glass and decorative lighting. It’s an investment, an investment of your Company’s image and reputation. The quality of your building is representative of the quality of your business.

The Building Industry Association reports that 18% of required structural design in buildings is never built. Many construction defects in new development are drawn directly into the plans and ultimately built and sold. Not designing a project based on soil conditions and soil consistency are the most costly construction deficiency in our industry today. Buyers today are simply unaware of the inherent problems in some of the buildings being constructed in the building industry today. There is much more emphasis on the sales price per square foot rather the quality of the engineering and construction of a building. Construction deficiencies can have long-term impacts on a Buyer’s profitability, risk exposure, and long-term maintenance costs.

Paragon Properties has spent more than 20 years defining the standards of quality of design and construction in the development industry. Paragon never forgets your Paragon Building is an investment of your reputation. Since 1997, Paragon has helped close to 200 companies and individuals open their doors. Paragon applies what they preach to every project, Integrity, Quality and Responsibility, whether it be their Fortune 500 Clients or their Master Planned Business Parks. Paragon’s longevity in the Development Industry is based on reputation.

Citrus Woods Business Center, located in Corona, California is the latest signature Project and another example of Paragon’s passion for detail. The 12.5-acre site was the previous Sunkist Citrus Processing Plant, which Paragon demolished to make way for 15 office buildings and 14 industrial buildings. Building sizes range from 3,400-11,000 SF. The project has received much praise for its building finishes and landscape design. Citrus Woods has Italian wall sconces, stone medallions, antique site lighting, pavers in the drive aisles, decorative stone facades, arched windows and cornices. The landscaping includes Citrus trees, Willows, Pepper, Cypress Pines and Strawberry Trees.

Paragon spends just as much time designing the foundations, underground utilities and structural design of their projects as they do the aesthetic details and efficiencies of the building. It is these details that Paragon campaigns are paramount to a quality Building. Citrus Woods is an example of Paragon’s obsession for quality both above and below ground.

Citrus Woods is located at the gateway to the Inland Empire, and only 10 miles from Orange County. Construction was recently completed and there are only a few buildings still available. Building sizes are 3,400-11,000 SF.
