Construction

PARAGON tailor-made a Special Projects Division by bringing many of our client’s construction projects in house. Our client’s asked us to bring the same personal service of the Asset Management Team to the build out and renovation by providing quality craftsmanship and our signature personal and highly responsive service. We bring our project management expertise of our development projects to the unique challenges of interior improvements, renovations and seismic retrofits.

The Special Projects Division has its own, dedicated team of project managers, estimators and highly skilled field personnel who have wide-ranging experience working with existing structures, including buildings of great historical value that require conservation and renovation. The team is uniquely skilled in projects that must remain open and operational during renovation. When buildings must remain in use during renovations, we take extra measures to minimize our impact on the occupants’ productivity and health.
