Paragon has been the pioneer in the development of industrial parks in the California Irvine Spectrum with Goddard Business Center, MK Business Center I, II, and III. Paragon completed projects span from San Gabriel Valley to San Diego County and out to Riverside County. Paragon has developed medical office, small hotel, and retail projects.
Since 1994, Paragon has worked in the redevelopment of Brownfields and environmentally impaired properties. Paragon has mitigated and developed endangered species habitat through negotiations with the US Department of Interior and the US Wildlife Service. Additionally, Paragon is an adaptive reuse specialist for antiquated buildings and Redevelopment Zones developing large master planned industrial warehouse projects such as Citrus Woods Business Center, Cornerstone Commerce Center, and Grapevine Business Center.
Paragon professionals help move the global economy and support global trade through the South Carolina Port of Charleston by working with Tenants and Clients to develop, maintain, and grow their facilities and business. Paragon serves the distribution and logistics needs of clients moving product on the East Coast between New York and Florida and throughout the Southeast.
Paragon has consulted with various governmental agencies in the valuation and disposition of real estate portfolios. Paragon specializes in providing real estate advisory, management, and construction services for an extensive client list.
Paragon has represented some of the country’s most respected institutions, national and international tenants. Paragon has extensive experience representing Tenants in corporate relocation and in build-to-suit developments. He is an adaptive reuse specialist for antiquated buildings and Redevelopment Zones.
Kevin Klemm sits on the Board of the MK Memorial Foundation, which funds medical scholarships for geriatric research at the University of Southern California. He is an active member and regular speaker on the development of master planned business parks and concrete tilt up design and construction at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) . He is a regular volunteer at USC Children’s Hospital. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles CA.
